Here’s the Scoop:
The Old Margate Café has reopened as Dilba’s Margate Café!

(Margate City, NJ)- The best omelets, pancakes and waffles are being served again as the old Margate Café has reopened as Dilba’s Margate Café in Margate City. Following a tradition that Ray Dilba started with his own children, by making their birthday special by taking them out for a birthday breakfast before school. Kids can now enjoy free breakfast on their birthdays, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Ray Dilba, who moved to Margate City from Cherry Hill, is trying to revive a restaurant that has been closed for a number of years and was a landmark for many local people growing up and eating at the old café.

Dilba’s Margate Café has an extensive breakfast and lunch menu from our signature Margate Café omelet which is a crepe style 3 egg omelet stuffed with diced sausage, ham, bacon, pork roll and American cheese with fresh spicy home fries through our signature Margate Café Burger and fries. We have homemade soups and chili to warm the hearts of our construction workers, homemade meatball sandwich with gravy to satisfy everyone, pancakes with chocolate chips and M&M’s for the sweet tooth patrons.

Dilba’s Margate Café is open everyday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 pm. It’s located at 8017 Winchester Avenue, Margate City, NJ 08402; on the corner of Granville & Winchester Avenues across the street from William Ross School.
Call (609) 822-1610 for information and directions. Dilba’s Margate Café is a “Wi-Fi HotSpot”, providing free Wireless Internet Access.
